Ordered a mocha to go. Very friendly staff and my order was made very promptly. Espresso has great flavor and milk was steamed well. There are some seats around the back of the bar and at the front. Games to play inside and also what looks like a spot for pantry/food donation. Swag for sale inside as well.

My top go-to coffee in Corvallis. I wish they have a larger space and more seating. Friendly people and top notch coffee.

Long overdue review for Tried & True coffee. It's a little hole in the wall coffee shop, their cappuccino was really good. Well balanced, yet a strong caffeine punch!

The team at Tried & True are being mindful of health guidance without compromising the quality of the coffee and service. Order inside and they’ll bring it to you outside where two tables are available for seating. Seasonal menu options are enticing, so much that I opted for trying gingerbread syrup in a latte. Flavor was subtle and satisfying without being overly sweet. We also got the vanilla latte with oat milk and enjoyed the flavor and the consistency. Tried and True is located near the river walk, making it a gods stop while spending time in Corvallis or traveling through from Cascades to Coast.
