I had the Chai with breve and a strawberry scone and it was very good. I gotta say that was the lightest cup of tea I've ever held. I gotta large but felt I was holding a small. The cashier was excellent, friendly and helpful. The barrister wasnt. So I may have gotten shafted by him. IDK. Ill have to walk past them and hit Starbucks. 1st world problems.

I get coffee here often but it left a bad taste in my mouth today and won’t be back. I normally buy a coffee and use the complimentary coffee bar to make my own drink with the provided cream and sugar. I was told by one of the employees that I had used too much creamer and wasn’t allowed to do that. I was surprised by this comment as no one has ever said this to me before. You would think for a company that charges over 8 dollars for some glorified bean water that they’d be less stingy with their “complimentary” bar but evidently not.

Super polite staff, clean location, good variety of snacks. It’s hospital coffee, Stick to the very basics, so you won’t be disappointed. Because all of their fancier teas & matchas are terrible. (Honestly even the vanilla latte we ordered was a let down) I feel bad for the workers/students that have no other choice. Absolutely abysmal if you’re looking for a morning pick me up. Save your money. But if you have NO other choice, just get something frozen & drowning in sugar to cover up the quality. Good luck!
