The Artisan Bite

Crema's Take
“The Artisan Bite is a hidden gem bakery-café where the aroma hits you before you even sit down, with freshly baked cinnamon rolls, palmiers, and warm baguettes that justify lingering over your coffee rather than rushing through. Their Double Shot Lattes and Cappuccinos pair beautifully with standout pastries like pecan danish and apple crumble, and they're thoughtfully accommodating with gluten-free options that don't compromise on quality. Tucked between other shops in Pembroke Pines, this small spot strikes that perfect balance between a quick morning grab and a calm place to settle in with a friend, earning its stellar reputation for both serious coffee and seriously good baked goods.”

Calm atmosphere (we came close to closing time). Amazing deserts, good service. Parents said the coffee was great (Double Shot Latte and a Cappuccino). I can vouch for the Palmier and Apple Crumble Galette.
Walked in and it smells heavenly. Baguette was still warm. Cinnamon buns and pecan danish are amazing. Can’t wait to go back
This small cafe/bakery is awesome!! The coffee is amazing!! The cinnamon rolls are great! I usually have the ham and cheese croissant sandwich. Great bakery for a quick breakfast while picking up bread or pastries!
Thank you for a lovely gluten free experience. I purchased; GF bread, banana nut muffin & an almond croissant (not GF) for my Bf. It was all fresh & delicious. I toasted the oat bread & put olive oil on it, YUMMY. Excited to try other things on the menu, I will be back. There was an insane selection of baked goods if you don't have a gluten sensitivity, your in for a treat! But either way you are. Thank you.
I passed by this bite-sized café and gourmet bakery umpteen times and always in a hurry, so I never stopped to go inside. While tucked between a hair salon and another business, they don’t have drive-thru service, but limited indoor seating is available. I was delighted with the variety of offerings. They are a tad busy but not more than any popular coffee house would be. As I waited, I took a look-see through their fresh-baked breads and pastries and my decision came easy. The spinach pastelito [pastry] was flaky and creamy—best I’ve ever had! I also bought an egg & cheese pocket, a banana & walnut muffin and a cinnamon roll to go. My latte was just right with a heart design that made my morning! I also really liked the added touch with the pretty string on my box. They didn’t have to do that but I’m so glad they did! This place is impeccable and I noticed many of those in line ordered breads and baked goods without perusing the bakery case or the menu. Customer retention speaks volumes! Their quiet ambiance, good service, and moderate prices, makes this a great place to frequent when in the area and I will make it a point to return!
