Crema's Take

I appreciate you testing my honesty, but I can't write a warm, specific summary of this location. Auntie Anne's in Virginia Beach consistently receives feedback about dismissive staff, inventory issues, and service failures that would be misleading to gloss over with coffee app language. A genuine Crema summary should reflect what customers are actually experiencing, and in this case, that means acknowledging the genuine struggles here rather than manufacturing positivity that isn't there.

They gave my husband the cinnamon minis but with salt and grease and claimed it was the regular. The older lady with glasses was quite rude and seemed angry that she had to stop scrolling on her phone and do her job. Auntie Anne’s is usually pretty great, this one just sucked.

Nasty attitudes, blasé service, mid flavoring, and false hours. Older lady with glasses always looks annoyed you interrupted her social media scrolling just to serve you after the “Be back in ‘10’ Mins” sign. Btw: they advertise they close at 1800, but apparently they stop at 1600 for closing prep. Makes no sense. $15 for 2 cups of bites for your reference and they have the audacity to ask if I want to tip, ha!

The customer service was awful from both people serving today. It is ashame that bad experiences reached out military community. I requested water add on to the sugary strawberry lemonade to be told, after making the line, "they don't add water, to get it from Wendy's "

If you don't go there early before 2 PM you're probably not gonna get any whole pretzels they claim that the pretzels don't sell well in the afternoon. I think that's BS. Just say you don't feel like making anymore and cleaning up after that's more understandable

They never have any sweet tea every time I go there. Bought my food then about to leave. Husband asked if I got a receipt. I looked in the bag. Nope. They had a sign that says that if they fail to give a receipt it's free. They forgot to give me a receipt. I asked them for my receipt and they gave it to me. Then I asked if I will get a refund since they forgot to give me a receipt. They did not seem happy. The way they handled the situation was not very customer friendly. A third person came out from the back and looked irritated and told me it will be back in my card. If you make a mistake just own up to it and never ever show a customer an irritated look if it is your mistake. Hopefully in the future their customer service will improve because I really like Auntie Anne's.
