Crema's Take
“Cafe Habibti is a gem that channels warmth and intention through both its beautifully designed space and thoughtfully crafted drinks, from their signature rose-tinged Habibiti with too-afza cold foam to creative takes like date and banana lattes that lean into sweet, aromatic flavor profiles. The vibe here is genuinely cozy and elegant with a welcoming staff who clearly care, making it equally perfect for lingering with a laptop or meeting a friend over pastries and specialty cold brew. It's the kind of place where every detail—from the oat milk execution to the aesthetic touches—shows real craft and passion.”

An amazing little coffee with delicious treats. The coffees are excellent - the date latte and banana latte were great. All the drinks are a bit sweet but of course that’s what you’re here for, and they do have more standard drinks also. The baked goods are excellent, the cardamom bun in particularly was very aromatic and delicious. The staff is incredibly friendly, patient and kind to every customer even though it was extremely busy!
What a unique spot! A friend suggested it, and I confirm it's such a gem! Great vibes and great coffee! I mean look at that oat milk flat white… a nightmare for most baristas but executed to perfection! 10/10 See ya again soon :)
Cafe Habibiti is such a gem. I ordered the Habibiti (one of my absolute favorites here) — regular iced with sweet too-afza cold foam — and it was perfect. We also tried the hot chocolate and the tahini mocha, which is a really unique combo of tahini, chocolate, espresso, and milk. Rich, cozy, and so well balanced. We came twice and noticed they close around 4pm (or maybe that was holiday hours), but honestly it just adds to the charm of this spot feeling special and intentional. The space itself is incredibly cozy — it genuinely feels like you’re hanging out in someone’s apartment, just relaxing and having a great time. We came on Christmas Day and they gave us any remainder pastries they had. Such a great holiday surprise. Amazing drinks, warm vibes, and a place you’ll want to keep coming back to. Highly recommend if you’re looking for comfort, creativity, and great coffee ☕️✨
Had the pleasure of going here last week on their soft opening. Best cafe in the city. The have a beautiful aesthetic. Very cozy and elegant. There’s a separate more private section as well as a really nice upstairs seating area. The drinks honestly blew me away. I’m a black coffee guy and ended up trying their tahini mocha and was so impressed, very unique flavor, not too sweet and absolutely delicious. Also had the habibti, another banger. Again not overly sweet and the rooh afza cold foam SLAPPED. I had an almond butter croissant which was DELICIOUS. The service was phenomenal, when I went the owner who are a couple were there. Super friendly and welcoming. Honestly a great addition to the nyc cafe scene. Will deff be returning.
This place is an absolute gem. You can tell how much care and intention went in to the design and aesthetic. The vibe is very warm and cozy. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about what they do. I tried The Habibti Latte which was outstanding and taken to another level by the Rooh-Afza cold foam which added a subtle sweetness and floral note. Will absolutely be coming back!
