The Honeysuckle Coffee
1588 S Main St, Salt Lake City, UT
Crema's Take
“Tucked away on a quieter stretch of Main Street, The Honeysuckle feels like the kind of place where baristas actually remember your name and the staff's genuine warmth makes you feel like family, whether you're a regular or visiting for the first time. Their espresso-focused drinks and legitimately excellent pastries pair perfectly with the cozy-yet-modern atmosphere that invites you to linger over conversation, making it equally beloved by locals who stop in religiously and travelers seeking authentic human connection in a coffee shop.”

Wow, what a pleasure this place was. I’ve had this notion that people in Salt Lake are not as chatty as other places specifically the south but when I came here, I felt like I was at home. From the POS to the barista‘s making coffee, I spent about an hour enjoying conversation. The coffee was top-notch and I got a quiche that went down too quick. Definitely coming back when I’m in Salt Lake again. Great establishment management should be proud.
I stop here every time I’m in Utah. Love the vibe and the coffee is one of my favorite spots in the SLC area. Their pastries are legit too!
First I have to say is that the young lady(I didn't catch her name) at the register was so sweet and kind. Answered all our questions and gave recommendations. I'm always drawn to coffee shops that make their own syrups in house cuz they're so much better that way. I had an iced latte with the honeysuckle syrup and it was a hit for me. My husband had their chai and it was delicious! I had a sip too so I can attest. The atmosphere is very cozy with different seating options (couch, booth, bar stools). The decorations are also very lovely. Look forward to returning!
I’m not from the area, but this coffee shop has given me exceptional service on both of my visits. The first time I came in was for my grandmother’s funeral, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming during a really hard time. More recently, my family and I stopped by over Thanksgiving and arrived about ten minutes before closing, and the barista even stayed late so we could enjoy the shop and made a fresh pour-over for us. The craftsmanship and flavor of the coffee are amazing, and the treats and food are just as good. I highly recommend this place—thank you!
Cute coffee shop on Main Street in the southern part of SLC. I love how it’s in a not-so-busy part of the city. It has a cozy, warm, but modern feel on the inside. The coffee was great! I got an iced americano and have no complaints. We also got a sourdough donut that was really yummy. I love anything sourdough! This is a great place to sit back and relax with a nice drink, hangout with friends and family, and so it all in more of a quiet but fun environment.
