Heine Brothers Coffee

the weekday early morning (6am) baristas are amazing and consistently good ! but past 9:00 am or on the weekend the lattes are pretty consistently disappointing and the wait in the drive thru is forever… today (11am) i ordered a hot mocha latte and one it is so watered down, 0 foam and barely tastes like coffeee :( i’m sure the baristas need to be paid more!

Took 20 minutes to get a brewed coffee when I was the only one at the front counter. Prioritized drive thru. Better off to stay in the line of cars outside. A brewed coffee is a simple pour and nothing fancy. They could do better. I do love the coffee but the service on outerloop is lacking.

Pretty good coffee and other drinks. It’s a lot of options. This location had amazing service, which makes going here an easy decision.

“Well, clutch my pearls,” okay, figuratively. This was my first visit ever, but it won’t be my last while I’m in this area. I went inside, rather than using the drive-through, because I wanted to see firsthand what they had to offer. I know I provided the young lady who assisted me with a good laugh early in the morning, thanks to the child-like look on my face when I saw all the pastries and the different types of coffee. I wanted to say “one of each of the pastries” because they all look so good. Okay, back to the coffee. After asking for a description of what was in some of the hot coffees, I decided on the “Beekeeper Latte”. This was an excellent choice. All I can say is, “wow”. Since I knew I would be coming back, I just got a jalapeno cheese bagel with cream cheese—another good choice. Come and taste and see for yourself; you’ll be glad you did.

Usually always have a good experience getting coffee from Heine Brothers other locations but for some reason this location is always lacking.. It being the one closest to my home I tend to order from here all the time. There is a profound difference in how my drink tastes here as opposed to the other locations. To the extent that some days I feel like they just toss whatever in my drink and hand it to me. My dog however loves the place and loses his mind when I pull into the drive through. If I have the time I drive a few more miles and avoid this one.
