Crema's Take

This French-Latin fusion spot in Doral has earned its stellar reputation with generously portioned dishes that blend classic French technique with Latin flair, though the steep pricing reflects the quality ingredients and careful preparation. The pastries and breakfast offerings are standout reasons to visit, and the staff consistently delivers warm, attentive service that keeps guests coming back. Fair warning: bring a jacket, as the indoor dining room runs noticeably cold, but the food and genuine hospitality make it worth the minor inconvenience.

The food is a large portion and very good quality. Prices are steep but fair in line with today’s market. What turned me off is the restaurant is FREEZING. I asked to be seated outside (there were 3 empty tables and great weather). The cashier said “we just can’t open those tables”; and when I asked why not she really just kept saying “we just can’t”. It was normal hours and great weather and they were not busy inside so I really didn’t get it. I said fine I’ll just take it to go. After we got our order ten minutes later , we walked outside and a server was setting up the outdoor tables - what the heck ?! I think the restaurant could be counter service and not full service dining.

True French cuisine. The escargots were very tasty . The filet mignon was done to perfection and the pepper steak was very well done. The bisque was really delicious I highly recommend it . The salade was good . Could be share with 3 people. They also sell French pastry inside restaurant to go .

The food was one of the best things I have ever put in my mouth! It was the perfect mix of French and Latin cuisine. My personal favorite was the “tomato soup of the day” and, the “Pan de Bono”. Not to mention the amazing service. Our food came quickly yet, we can tell it was prepared with love and care. Our waiter, Alexa, was wonderful! She was so sweet and attentive. She definitely is amazing at what she does. Overall, this amazing dining experience deserves more stars than I can put. 10/10!
