A few customers have had decent experiences, but at a 3.5-star rating with dozens of disappointed visitors citing the same problems, this is a real miss rather than a worthwhile detour. Add in a 50-cent card fee and no restrooms, and there's little reason to make it a priority.”

Ordered the almond Kringle and it was very, severely disappointing. Hardly any almond paste inside it and and the bread was dry. To make it worse, the lady and man behind the counter didn’t seem to care or make any attempt to fix it. Pretzel was decent though.
