Crema's Take
“This Los Angeles gem blooms with genuine charm, combining a florist aesthetic with expertly crafted espresso drinks that balance milk beautifully—their Bloom Matcha latte is a standout worth seeking out. The tight-knit team moves with impressive efficiency whether you're grabbing a quick coffee or lingering over one of their fantastic egg sandwiches, and the free parking lot plus loyalty card reward make it feel like a neighborhood favorite that actually appreciates its regulars. It's the kind of cozy, well-staffed spot where the vibes match the quality of what's in your cup.”

Such a cute little spot! There’s a small parking lot with free parking, but there’s a decent amount of neighborhood parking and a grocery store across the street. The drinks are well balanced, and there is no extra charge for alternative milks. I loved my cookie and the pastries also looked delicious. The service was very friendly and relatively quick. I will definitely be going there again.
We got their matcha and coffee lattes. The service was great and so was the vibes inside. Most of the drinks were a bit too milky, except for the Bloom Matcha latte. You can tell from the color of the drinks. The flavors were really good, we loved the gingerbread flavor and lavender syrup.
Huge cappuccinos and Fantastic, I repeat.. Fantastic egg sandwich. Very quick and friendly service. There is also a repeat customer card where you get a free drink after buying 10. Very well staffed by knowledgeable people that care.
I ordered for delivery. Not sure if my iced mocha was watery because of that but it’s pretty flavorless and still too sweet even though I requested for less sweet. Egg sandwich was a big hit here. My egg sandwich added avocado made up the mistake of watery coffee so I gave 4 stars. The egg, avocado, and the sauce were a perfect combination for your savory breakfast. Highly recommend egg sandwich here.
Project Bloom Coffee is a hidden gem that absolutely lives up to its name everything here is blooming with beauty and flavor. We stopped in and were instantly charmed by the dreamy mix of florist, plant shop, coffee haven, and cozy eatery all rolled into one. It feels like stepping into a greenhouse café designed for slow moments and good company. The butterscotch cold cream was a standout rich, creamy, and just the right amount of indulgent. We also tried the Bloom Mocha and the Bloom Lavender Iced Coffee both were heavenly. The mocha had deep, velvety chocolate notes, while the lavender iced coffee was floral and refreshing, perfectly balanced. Between the lush greenery, the warm service, and the unforgettable drinks, we were smitten. This is the kind of place you’ll want to come back to again and again.
