These apartments suck the management is poor and stay having attitudes when you have a problem with them that they ain’t even fix the problems you came to them about on time let alone correctly.the apartments flooded in November and what did they do hire under the bus people to come and “fix” the problem they then told us we had to go back into the apartment that flooded when we ask if they cleaned the apartment they said they “cured” the carpet we go downstairs and it still smells like sewage the floors covered in dirt wasn’t nothing clean but they wanted us to move back in there talk about health hazard also almost forgot during the flood the whole apartment complex went two weeks without water we literally had to buy packs and jugs of water just so we could drink fresh water and give our dogs fresh water and our kids. When we moved in, in may and ever since then property management has switched 3 times three different owners and these apartment are still infested with roaches, they let homeless walk around and come into the apartments so don’t be surprised if you walk out your room and see a homeless person going crazy or asking you for food when we go to management about it they say “we’ll fix it” when in reality they don’t fix anything I had to call the cops at least 4-5 times due to homeless people just sitting in here talking crazy I 100000000% do not recommend These apartments yeah their cheap but sooooo not worth it down below is a picture where I turned it on and their is literally no water coming out I turned the hot nob on and as you can see no water

I had left at Vivo Longmont apartment at 1900 Camp Pratt Blvd. for two years always paid my rent on time. Doing that time police came several times the washer and dryer only worked for six months that I was there and when I moved out on 30th of July, they still were not working, the carpet smells like pee and poop foam animals. My bathroom ventilator didn’t work and I had to have twice mold removed. I do not recommend living there. It’s a horrible place to live. It’s ghetto. I also contacted management company per phone three times emailed them four times to ask for my security deposit back. I even got videos how I left my studio, which I live in excellent condition and I received no response back. Do not trust them. I do not recommend living with them. I will also file a report with a Better Business Bureau.

Had a very last minute move due to a change in life circumstances, and Sunday was incredible in helping me out. I was able to come in with any questions, and she remembered my name as well as taking the time to ensure everything was taken care of. The maintenance staff are very kind, including Chris who made sure my apartment was clean and ready to go! Close to a lot of businesses and restaurants, with a walkable area overall.

Since Vivo hired Sunday, the manager, the place has greatly improved. (Before her managers came and went and the place was very poorly managed.) She is a real gem. The neighbors have been kind and my friends who live there are happy with her. She makes the best of a difficult situation with limited resources. We are grateful for her professionalism and her attention to all residents.

If I could do zero I would… I have lived here for a year and still don’t understand how housing authorities haven’t closed this place. There are about 2 washer and dryers that have worked for the entirety of my lease. The ones that do work are FILLED with mold and are unusable. Half of all my appliances have broken sense moving in and has been faster for me too just fix them myself then to wait for someone too finally come fix them. The hot water heater is (I’m assuming) from the original building and cannot handle the load put on by the residents, so you better be choice when you take a shower because half of the day you won’t have hot water and if people are not careful you can 1000% get hypothermia when the water is “warm”; and that’s when the water actually works… there are electrical hazards through the entire building including in the apartments themselves that lead to shorts and sparking of the outlets. The stove tops also only sense metal so unless you have full metal pots and pans you can’t even use the stove tops. The residents in the building are even worse and leave animal fecal matter in the hallways that has NEVER gotten cleaned it’s genuinely so embarrassing too ever have someone over because it either smells like fecal matter or smells like death. Genuinely the worst apartments I have ever seen. If I could break my lease financially I would… I am very excited for the day they get sued.
