Crema's Take
“Cutbow Coffee Roastology roasts their beans right in front of you, creating an immersive experience that goes beyond your typical coffee shop—think of it as stepping into the roastery itself rather than just ordering from one. Their espresso-focused drinks and pour overs are crafted with real artistry, arriving in custom glassware that reflects the care they put into every cup, and the cozy, clean space with genuinely knowledgeable staff makes it easy to linger for hours with a laptop or a friend. With nearly 900 five-star reviews raving about the "immaculate vibes," killer pastries, and the option to take home their house-roasted beans, this is Albuquerque's spot for coffee that actually tastes like it was made with intention.”

Super clean and cozy Cofee shop… roasting in house … French press and pour over are my recommendations! great job to the staff and owners very friendly and know their Cofee!!!!
I think i have a new favorite coffee shop in Albuquerque. Cool space, great coffee drinks, and good pastries. I also bought some decaf beans from them for espresso at home. I think these may be the best decaf beans i have tried from a NM roaster. I will definitely be back whenever i run out. The staff was very friendly and made it a good experience.
I came in today and ordered a mocha with macadamia nut milk over ice! It is very good and nicely presented in their own stylistic glass, see the picture! The coffee my wife had came in a mug that was very easy to hang onto! The attention to detail at Cutbow is excellent! Highly recommended!!
First of all, this is not your standard coffee shop. This is special! They roast coffee right there, and there’s an entire menu of roasted coffee you can bags for about $20. They have a tasting room and offer coffee flights. Flights are samples of several coffees you can taste. The menu features express drinks plus some lattes, Americanos and regular cup of Joe. And they have homemade marshmallows for specialty hot chocolate as well as an espresso offering. The espresso drinks are unique! We tried Espresso Estrella: Cutbow espresso pored over iced elderflower tonic water and garnished with Mandarin orange salt. This was new to me and at first sip I wasn’t so sure I wanted to drink it. “An acquired taste,” I thought. I acquired an appreciation of this drink on my second sip and really like it now. So refreshing! The espresso and coffees menu price ranges from $3.5 to $5.55. These are very fair prices for what they deliver. The place was bustling on a late Saturday morning. Seating inside and out. And the decor is warm and aesthetic. I’m coming back for more!
