Crema's Take
“This Nashville spot excels at creative tea drinks with a loyal morning crowd who rave about customization and genuinely warm staff, though the menu can be confusing about what's included (boba charges aren't always clear upfront). Their Taro milk tea and affordable prices keep people coming back, and they're happy to work with you to craft your perfect drink if you're willing to ask questions. Open late and perfect for a quick grab, they've built a devoted following despite some mixed reviews on their more experimental offerings.”

They had a sticky note on the kiosk saying “Boba is not included in drinks, must add”. I assumed that was for the drinks that don’t have boba in the name. Before placing my order, I asked just to confirm. To which the said no, bob does not come in a drink called “Tiger Boba Tea”. Whenever they made that change, they should’ve updated the menu names to reflect that. It’s not crazy to assume that drink with boba in the literal name would include boba….
Excellent customer service, great Taro milk tea. I love how affordable the prices are and the customer service at this location is top notch.
As a new customer, I’m so confused by their menu. There’s an item called tiger boba milk and it turns out that there no boba coming with the drink. I was told by the staff that I need to pay extra $.82 on top of $7.23 to get a truly tiger boba drink. I have been to so many boba drink store. Understand if I order tea, milkshake or whatever the drink that doesn’t have boba in its name means no boba by default. However, whenever a drink has “boba” in its name, boba is added by default, don’t need to pay extra. I’m pretty upset by this dishonest business
My morning go to, every morning. I love everything about this place. The teas are absolutely delicious and they will customize your order to create your perfect drink. Did I mention the staff is top notch and goes above and beyond to ensure that they’re producing a quality product for each individual taste. If I could give them a million stars I would.
The service was good but overall the tea was a little disappointing. I chose the taro latte (in hindsight I recommend sticking with a classic when gauging a new spot). It was very mild in flavor tasting much more like milk than taro. The bobas were the right consistency (soft and not too gummy) but lacked flavor as well. Overall it was a bit underwhelming. I'll give it another try with a classic but the first experience wasn't great.
