Leroy's Bagels

Ok, I don't call places and do reviews. I just got off the phone telling, whoever picked up the phone, that their Lox sandwich is amazing and their drip coffee is the best on the block. And I did so because it's true and sometimes hearing it from a customer is better than a tip. So being from NJ, south Joisey, I got nostalgic feasting on their Lox sandwich because it was on point! A+. The coffee around all of these coffee shops in Denver must be all getting it from the same place because all of it makes my stomach hurt just a little bit. But not Leroy's. Keep up the good woik ovah dare!

I gave them three shots but they just don’t hit. I think they’re using Novo beans but the espresso machines probably need a deep clean. The two times I’ve got coffee there it’s been pretty bad. The bagels are fine but I’d skip any of the breakfast meats or eggs. They’re not prepared well. The staff all seem pretty unenthused about being there.

As someone from the east coast I’m going to break down my bagel experience here. The bagel itself is good, but lacking the slight crispy outside I enjoy in a bagel. It’s a little too soft and chewy. The toppings make up for the actual bagel, the Cuban is great. I also think the pricing is really good here. I would come back again and order other sandwiches, as long as they have a bunch of toppings as the bagel itself falls a little flat for me.

As someone from Long Island, I live for a good bagel. Leroy's does not disappoint! The amount of cream cheese is the exact amount I'm hoping for every time I get a bagel. Plus the deluxe flavors are just out of this world. 10/10 highly recommend.

OMG what a huge disappointment compared to other location near Sloan’s Lake. The bagel was ok. However the egg and sausage were soooo dried out I thought I was eating part of the bagel still. Not sure I’ll be back anytime soon.
