Crema's Take

This beloved Vietnamese spot in Westminster is famous for their crispy, fresh egg rolls that locals swear are the best they've ever had—so good that regulars order in advance to avoid missing out when they sell out. The cheerful staff, led by owner Alan, treat you like family with genuine warmth and lightning-fast service that gets you in and out with your steaming banh mi or fragrant bowl of congee. While the exterior looks a bit weathered, the clean, spacious interior and stellar affordable noodle dishes make it an easy stop for anyone craving authentic Vietnamese comfort food.

Good egg rolls place with other reasonable & affordable noodles & congee dishes - to go only that is. Outside is abit dirty and outdated but inside is very updated, spacious and cleaned. I been here so many times before (decades ago) for their congee dishes and coffee (they used to have combo). Still very yummy and great, friendly folks working there. I got 5 of combo (shrimps/pork) egg rolls and 5 regular (pork) rolls for less the! $10. Not bad. They also do part trays too.

They make the BEST Vietnamese eggrolls!! Order in advance on their website as they do get very busy and can run out. Alan and the staff are very friendly and quick with service. If you are purchasing for a holiday, definitely order at least 2 days in advance so you don't miss out. They get so busy their website and phone may be off day before due to the crowds in the location the day before the holiday. They do offer various types of eggrolls including pork, beef, chicken, vegetarian, and seafood. They offer party trays of other foods too, including fried rice, etc. They also sell other food items and beverages in the location that are not on their website, including items you can grab for lunch/dinner. They also offer partially cooked frozen eggrolls that you can take home and put in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes. They come out very crunchy and delicious as well. This is a small place, but they do have a couple of tables and a couple of chairs at the counter if you want to eat a quick lunch item. Be patient especially on the weekends and right before holidays. Parking can be a bit crowded as it is a busy corner strip mall corner. Definitely will continue to come here, as they are reasonably priced and very flavorful.

Quick service and delicious, fresh egg rolls! Probably the best egg rolls I’ve ever had! They were flavorful, crispy, definitely tasted fresh and not frozen. Highly recommend! Best part is they sell by small pieces so you can literally just buy 3 if you just want a small bite.

Lunch date with my cousin. Parking: There’s a large yet busy parking lot. Finding a spot can be a hit or miss. Ambiance/Environment: They have a small indoor space. This is more of a quick grab-n-go spot. They do have a couple indoor seating. No outdoor seating. Service: Shout out to Alan! He’s very knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations. Foods: They’re well known for their authentic and crispy egg rolls. You can order a pack of 25-50 frozen egg rolls to go or a party tray. The frozen egg rolls are pre-fried, so throw them in the air fryer at 400° for 8-10 min. They also offer Vietnamese comfort foods at an affordable price. 1) Beef egg rolls (new) - This contained beef seasoned with garlic, lemon grass, and dash of red wine. These were crissspppyyy! The filling was also flavorful! Love their egg rolls! 2) Thai Basil Spaghetti - We were told their spaghettis became popular, so we had to test out the hype. The hype was real LOL. Wow the flavors were delicious. Not too much sauce. The noodles were coated evenly. 3) Bun Rieu - This tasted pretty decent. Nothing beats my ba noi’s bun rieu though lol. The flavors could’ve been stronger, but still good. They also gave a generous amount of toppings. 4) Vietnamese-style chicken wings - Now these tasted amazing! The chickens were coated evenly with nuoc mam sauce and fried to a beautiful color. Pricing: Everything was affordable! Highly recommend this OG spot!

Sweet ladies work here and they work hard, great customer service and talks to you and ask how your day is going. What old school Vietnamese places ever do that, right?? Anyhow, I got 2 best banh mi sandwiches here, the chicken banh mi ga and also the best banh mi thit Nguoi cold cut Saigon bacon. They came out so fresh and the bread was hot and fluffy. I definitely recommend the banh mi sandwiches here. And you won’t believe the low prices. Their egg rolls are very good here. Check out the banh mi and coffee combo deal here, only $4.50! If you’re on a budget but still want high quality food that tastes great, swing by this place and support these sweet ladies!
