Rising Star Coffee Roasters

Always enjoy visiting this OG third wave shop in CLE. Had a great single origin washed Nicaragua. It’s a short walk to some good breakfast options like Patron Saint and Roaming Biscuit.

Random google find before the aquarium and it didn’t disappoint for coffee. I had the vanilla bean latte with oat milk and it was fabulous! The boys had mochas and my girl had a hot cocoa. We were a little sad at the holiday time there were no pastries or breakfast items but I took that into consideration. Cute old fire station and had a kids movie on the tv! Service was quick and kind!

this place is absolutely fantastic. i stopped here while visiting the area and will absolutely be back. i had a seasonal drink called the lake effect latte and my partner had the honey cinnamon latte. both were delicious! bonus for a really cute area to walk around afterwards and excellent ambiance.

So, like, there’s this new thing? It’s called Snow Plow Cleveland, and omg, it shows you where the plows have been, like, 15 minutes behind real time. It totally helps me figure out which streets I can take on my e-bike. After my little ride, I ended up at Rising Star—it’s about three miles east but still totally West Cleveland vibes. I love that place. Got this awesome shot of the three baristas—so cute! And they had two tip jars: one said “Happy Dog” and the other was the Grinch. Like, duh, guess which one I picked?

Go to a Rising Star coffee shop when you’re in Cleveland. After my trip in Ohio, this is definitely the best coffee here. This location has great outdoor sitting in the historic district. Great shopping in the area that goes great with ice coffee!
