Crema's Take

This sun-drenched Dayton gem fills its bright, plant-filled space with genuine warmth, where the staff greets you like regulars even on your first visit and the community vibe makes you want to linger for hours. Beyond their solid traditional coffee lineup, Unataza shines with creative signature drinks like the Dirty Horchata and pairs them with excellent breakfast and lunch, all while being genuinely welcoming to kids, laptop workers, and anyone craving real connection over coffee. The whole operation radiates a homey, chill energy that somehow manages to feel both energizing and cozy at the same time.

Delicious coffee, chill vibes, great space for kids that apparently will get bigger and better soon. I came to do work, but it would be great for a conversation and get together as well.

What a lovely community coffee shop! Staff were incredibly nice. Home-y environment. Plenty of seating. Great place for working a bit (at least during the week). Lunch and breakfast options as well as a full pastry case. My latte was delicious.

Came here once with my girlfriend. The place is great! The food and drink was really tasty and the atmosphere was fantastic. It was bright, and the building can be seen from far down the road. It's a great place in Dayton and if you are in the area I highly recommend checking it out.

On a cold day, I walked into Unataza and it was filled with bright energy, vibrant plants, and tons of sunlight. The service came with a smile and great conversation :) l ordered the Dirty Horchata, Chocolate Chip Scone, and the Breakfast Tacos. Each item was better than the last. I can't wait to go back!!! The horchata was outrageously delicious, my taste buds were dancing. The scone had a crispy outside and soft fluffy inside. The breakfast tacos were inhaled. 100 stars for this breath of fresh air, vibrant, and colorful coffee shop. I could spend hours in there 💛🌻☀️

An excellent little spot, a very cozy atmosphere. They have a play area for small kids. I ordered a chai latte and breakfast tacos, and both were astounding.
