Artly Coffee

Crema's Take
“Artly Coffee is a novelty-forward spot where robots actually craft your drinks, making the act of ordering feel like watching a mini spectacle rather than a standard coffee transaction. While the specialty creations like their Rose Yuzu Refresher are refreshing and the vibe works well for families with restless little ones, reviews suggest the coffee quality itself doesn't quite match the Instagram-worthy experience or the price tag.”

An alright coffee, nothing to “write home” about. The experience of ordering and watching it being made was pretty cool though!
09-02-2025 I ordered Rose Yuzu Refresher $5.75, very refreshing. All the drinks are made by robots. So cool!
Tried for the novelty but really see no reason to return. The coffee is average and for the same price you can get better coffee nearby and support real people who keep their work areas much cleaner. Food: The coffee was not bad by any means but why is it the same price as regular coffee. Also if you take a closer look at the robot you see lots of old grime from fulfilling orders. The staff needs to take better care of the robots… Service: The robot barista was way slower than a regular barista taking close to 4 minutes to make a drink and then asked for a tip. Atmosphere: The branding is actually quite nice and colorful but the robotic voices talking to you get old.
This was a fantastic find! We had a long day in Seattle after our cruise and waiting for a red-eye flight, so we wanted to relax. With two 9 month old boys that is easier said than done! Thankfully the place was pretty empty and the hotel lobby had the perfect play area to enjoy our coffees. The drinks were great and it was such a fun experience to see the robots make them. Topped it off with sushi from next door. I have to confess to not tipping the robots, though!
I think it’s a fun experience to watch a robot make your drink! This type of service is going to become more popular but thought it was weird that it asked for a tip, was I supposed to tip a robot? The actual drink was not that great, tasted watered down but I’m not sure why. While is was definitely fun, for the price and quality, we won’t be back
