Poor Quality and Very Disappointing Experience This place looks beautiful and elegant, and it’s located in a very nice neighborhood, so you naturally expect an experience that matches that image. Instead, the cheesecake was served in a cheap plastic container with a plastic spoon, which immediately takes away from the entire experience. The cheesecake itself was dry and not enjoyable. The service was also cold and unwelcoming. Overall, the presentation, quality, and service did not match the elegant atmosphere the place presents. Very disappointing.

I want to say that the flavor is very rich But the portion of ice cream is very very small, please increase the potion or you will continue to lose your customers :( !!

This place is really amazing! They have many different flavors and they are all so good! Customer Service is great and they also have a loyalty punch card program as well! Definitely recommend this place to any who enjoys gelato!

We had been wanting to try this place since some time so we got here and somehow I ended up checking the Google reviews. The 1 star reviews almost got us to leave from the parking lot and goto Sweet Cup but we were like meh lets see how worse it can be. We went in with no expectations but were pleasantly surprised. There were 2 ladies working and both greeted us when we entered. The sweet girl with the red hair immediately asked us if we would like some samples. She was very friendly with a smile on her face and got us to try samples with no reservations. They had pretty limited options but we ended up getting the coffee and Rocher both of which were pretty good. The waffle cones were also fresh and crispy. Most of the tables inside were full but we sat on the tables outside as the weather was good. They also serve coffee, cakes, croissants etc. but did not try those. 4 stars only for the limited number of flavors availability. Service was great. I hope they are able to improve on the items mentioned in the other reviews as they definitely have a prime location and can see a lot of customer traffic for their business.

In the neighborhood Gelato is here. Nice and clean shop. We had a great time here. Service is really great and staff is very friendly, welcoming. Lots of options from Gelatos to coffee. So I have tried Gelato for the first time and we really like it. From Mango to Tiramisu including all coffee options. They also have Gelato Cakes too!! Do check it out and have a Gelatous Time🍧🍨
