Crema's Take
“Miracle Bakery is a cozy corner spot where craft coffee drinks like their standout Gingerbread Latte meet thoughtfully made pastries and breakfast fare that locals genuinely crave—think Nutella French Toast and Chicken Tinga Chilaquiles done right. The vibe here is warm and inviting, equally suited for a solo coffee contemplation or lingering with friends over a leisurely breakfast, with skilled bakers turning out consistently delicious sweets that don't rely on artificial shortcuts. It's the kind of neighborhood gem where both the coffee and food quality earn genuine enthusiasm, making it a reliable go-to for Burbank breakfast seekers.”

Miracle Bakery in Burbank California is a great spot for a chicken sandwich and café mocha when you want a cozy bakery café experience. I just finished lunch there and had to share. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, modern but with a nice little nod to mid century style that makes it feel comfortable without trying too hard. The chicken sandwich was so good. Lightly breaded, crispy but not heavy, and the slaw on it had amazing flavor and crunch. You can tell they care about the details. And the café mocha… finally one made with real chocolate. Rich, smooth, not overly sweet. It honestly pulled the whole meal together. Such a pleasant place to sit and enjoy good food. I’ll definitely be back.
First time visiting and the food was delicious. I got the Chicken Tinga Chilaquiles red and green and they were really good, a solid 9/10. I also got their Nutella French Toast and again really good, a solid 9/10. Their pastries are also very tasty! Lastly their iced cafe de olla was really really good, such good flavor and just the right ratio of espresso, milk and syrup. Oh also the vides are great and the workers or owners are so welcoming. Definitely a must try and will be a returning customer!!
I recently visited Miracle Bakery, drawn by the promise of gluten-free donuts. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The ""donut"" I ordered turned out to be a cake with a hole, not a true donut. This misrepresentation was a major letdown. Additionally, the lack of public restrooms was inconvenient. While the food was okay, the misleading menu and absence of amenities made for an underwhelming visit. If you're craving authentic gluten-free donuts, this might not be the place.
Coffee and food is great!! Adorable little shop on a corner. Very inviting. I had a Gingerbread Latte and it was awesome. It didn't taste like it was loaded with artificial flavors and wasn't sugary. And the breakfast burrito I had was incredible!!!
This is my favorite spot for breakfast in Burbank. Great variety of options for breakfast. Their bakers is amazing. Tasty sweets! Their coffee is also delicious. I love the hot oat milk latte and also breakfast burrito with bacon and avocado- potatoes on my the side for me. I highly recommend this spot!
