Living Vine Organic Cafe

Crema's Take
“Living Vine Organic Cafe is a bright, freshly renovated sanctuary for health-conscious coffee lovers on Fort Myers Beach, where every ingredient—from the seed oil-free cooking to the organic pastries—is chosen with real care. The calm, cafeteria-style space feels like a place to linger over a cup and a genuinely delicious gluten-free baked good, though fair warning: portions run small and prices reflect the quality organic commitment. It's become a rare gem in the area for people seeking truly clean food and thoughtful sourcing, especially those navigating dietary restrictions.”

Pros: clean, wide selection of drinks and food, organic ingredients made with care, friendly staff, tasty GF donuts Cons: portion sizes very small... I have ordered the salads but it is basically one light layer of lettuce for $15. I tried the fries for $5.99 but unfortunately the portion size was also disappointing. I know organic cost most as that is most of my diet, but more lettuce and fries wouldn’t be the end of the world for a budget I wouldn’t think. I also find it a inconvenience that they bring food to you but, not any silverware. I also wish the dishes were not plastic. Atmosphere is quiet and relaxing but, could benefit from more plants and overall warmth! I would love to support the cafe but, the portions to price point keep me from going more often. If the portions were more filling, I would support the cafe more!
Really enjoyed LVOC. Appreciated the clean food, organic everything, and seed oil free. Baked goods also excellent. Food is good but pricey, and portions on the smaller side. Needed one of their made completely in house baked goods to top off brunch. Staff very friendly and helpful. 8/10, would go back
One of the few places in the area serving organic and genuinely healthy food. The space feels clean and recently renovated, with a cafeteria-style setup. The atmosphere is calm, and the combination of natural sunlight, real plants, and the small waterfall makes mornings here feel magical. However, a few presentation details could make a big difference. The plastic plates feel out of place for a health-focused concept — both visually and environmentally. The interior could also benefit from replacing fake vines with more natural decor to match the authenticity of the food. Service is excellent — the staff are genuinely friendly and attentive. The music selection creates a relaxed vibe. Overall, this place stands out for its mission and freshness, even if there’s still room to refine the look and feel. ⭐ 5/5 — for concept, organic food, and great service. With a few small upgrades, it could be a perfect spot.
Hi there! I wanted to talk about my experience in today because I honestly was a bit dissatisfied. I went in today and the environment was great, however I asked the man at the register if I could add chicken to my salad (specifically the black bean avocado and quinoa salad) and he said sure. I also asked him before I ordered it if it was a good serving size because I was willing to pay extra for it. He reassured me that it was and I ordered it. When I recieved my salad it was as pictured. I guess I was just a little underwhelmed by the volume of chicken put on it. I had payed extra and was expecting what I payed for, considering quality of ingredients and food at this establishment is very high. I also ordered a latte with lavender and honey that was delicious. The workers were also kind and I love this place, but I just don’t think the meal I got was worth the price I payed, especially after asking about the chickens portion size before I ordered. I would love to come back and have a meal handled with more consideration and accuracy to the amount I am paying for it.
Perfect for gluten free vegans and NOT ❤️ Found this amazing cafe due to lunch with friend who has very restricted diet. The options online looked good but we had no idea how good it is!! Great food, big selection of sandwiches, bowls, and wraps all available gluten free and vegan. We had daily special: turkey wrap with micro greens, pumpkin seeds, tomatoes, pickled onions, and a delicious basil mayo, a raspberry muffin (vegan and gluten free), and as great as that was, the iced latte with agave and coconut milk was pure decadence - even have real coffee ice cubes!! Ample gluten free vegan bakery case that tastes so good you'd never know, and huge hot and cold beverage selections puts this at the top of my meet up/catch up go to now! Great for anyone wanting satisfying, delicious, fresh clean and healthy ingredients. The ambiance is bright yet relaxing. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable about all the ingredients and the owner chef is as exact about protecting against cross contamination as she is about balance the flavors and textures to create a true experience.
