First time trying this place and I’M IN LOVE! Not only the food is delicious and aesthetically pleasing, but they offer a QR code that shows you the macros of every plate and smoothie!—that’s very important and appreciated info for me and my fellow gym rats out there! It was the perfect post workout meal!

First time trying, and already obsessed! So many delicious and healthy options for whatever health route you choose. And not to mention a Provo local hot spot! Which is a win having so close to home. Service was phenomenal, and staff is very knowledgeable when it comes to the menu. I definitely will be coming back regularly.
Super cute place. The owner gave me a discount. The lobby was super cute, the food has lots of protein and nutrients. It’s definitely form over function, because it looks good and tastes okay… the waffles and pancakes are kind of crumbly, but the shakes are great.
I ordered the turtle cheesecake and it was the best shake that protein I've tried in a long time. The smoothie bowls and other protein shakes that my family ordered were very nutritious. Now I'm curious to try more flavors and the loyalty card they gave me helps me a lot! And the attention 10/10 and the place is super cute!
