Kolache Shoppe - Pearland

We were so used to the amazing kolaches and service at the Greenway location that we decided to try the Pearland one. The kolaches here do not compare to the other location unfortunately. Not sure what this is and too bad we didn’t see it until making it back home. Probably won’t revisit this specific location again.

I came here a few days ago to get a few kolaches for me and some coworkers. The man behind the counter, Kerry, was very friendly and greeted me when I walked through the door. Every flavor that I could have wanted, including their flavor of the month, the Boudin kolache. My total came out to about $23 and I started to pay my total, first paying $20 in cash and then paying the remaining balance on my card. Kerry, in a show of excellent hospitality, applied an H-E-B receipt discount to my order so that my $20 would cover everything. Kerry's exceptional customer service plus, Kolache Shoppe's elevated selection, is why I come out of my way from League City to shop here. I will definitely be coming back to the best little Kolache bakery south of the Outer Loop!

Hubby and I tried this spot out today and it was really good. Kolaches taste homemade! A guy from Louisiana helped us with our order and he was an absolute sweetheart!!! The two ladies in there were also very nice and helpful. I’ll definitely be back. The cinnamon roll is 😋😋😋

While the food and service is good, it seems like the serving portion has changed. We recently ordered their chopped cheese kolache on 6/6 and 6/8. Both days, the filling seemed partially filled versus what is advertised in their instagram. We previously had this chopped cheese during its initial roll out and the filling was as advertised. Though the kolache still tasted good, I am disappointed at the lack of filling. 7/6/2025 Just wanted to update. I ordered another kolache 6/29 and it was more filled! I appreciate you listening to your customers and making the change! Kudos to the team. See updated photo.

I’ve only gone through the drive-thru. There is usually little to no wait to place an order. The Kolache’s are fresh and taste good. Today we tried the brisket and egg as well as the spinach and egg options. We tried the mini sausage and cheese Kolaches as well. They were all pretty good. Both were delicious.
