Grutogi Bistro - Flower Mound

Grutogi Bistro feels like one of those hidden gems that’s family owned and genuinely run with care. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming cozy, relaxed, and full of good energy. The food was incredibly fresh and vibrant. The strawberry waffle was beautifully plated and tasted just as good as it looked perfectly crisp on the outside, soft inside, topped with fresh strawberries, whipped cream, and just the right drizzle of sweetness. You can tell they don’t cut corners on ingredients. The shrimp salad was colorful and loaded with fresh produce crisp cucumbers, sweet peppers, pickled onions, juicy shrimp, and just the right amount of cheese and crunch. Everything tasted clean and well-balanced. The sandwich was stacked generously and super satisfying fresh bread, quality meats, and a perfect ratio of ingredients in every bite. And the drinks? So good we had to grab another one on the way out. The iced coffee was smooth, rich, and refreshing easily one of the highlights of the visit. Overall, Grutogi Bistro delivers fresh ingredients, thoughtful presentation, and flavors that feel homemade in the best way. Definitely a spot we’ll be coming back to.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Second visit here, and somehow it was even better than the first 🤍 I ordered the Good Morning Bagel 🥯 (featuring avocado, bacon, scrambled eggss, pepper jack cheese, paprika, everything bagel seasoning, and their house jalapeño aiol. I pairedd it with the Salted Cloud Cold Brew ☕️ — absolutely delicious. Every bite was balanced, flavorful, and comforting without being heavy. The jalapeño aioli adds the perfect kick, and that cold bre,w withitse sweet foam and sea sal, is an ideal complement.? Chef’s kiss ✨ The space itself is just as memorable as the food. Beautifully decorated, calm, and intentional — it honestly reminds me of the cafés you’d find in Korea 🇰🇷🪴. You can tell a lot of care went into both the menu and the atmosphere. And fair warning: the pictures don’t do it justice 😅 I couldn’t even wait — I took the photo after eating half the bagel because it was that good. I’ll definitely be back for more. This place keeps getting better 🙌

Me and my wife found this gem of a place, the food was outstanding! Easily the best sandwich and tomato soup I’ve ever had! You can tell the food is made with high quality ingredients. Service was also great and to top it off they’re believers!

This place was really aesthetic and it actually felt like somewhere where you can both eat and do work or study. The food was really good but the items that really stood out to us were the golden garlic chicken panini and the grapefruit chiller. The strawberry matcha was a little too sweet but I liked the taste of the matcha, if I go again I will ask for no sweetener.

We love this place! We went for lunch today and got the chicken panini and falafel panini to split. I don’t even like falafel but this sandwich was incredible! Their matcha is out of this world. I also got the hibiscus lemon drink. It’s so good and refreshing. The environment is clean and cozy. You can tell they put a lot of thought and detail into their food and atmosphere. We’ll be back regularly.
