Steamboat Coffee Shop

My fiancé and I were on vacation near by and this coffee shop was extremely good, very friendly, and time-efficient. We loved their recommendations and regretted not trying their drinks sooner in our stay. Definitely recommend the blue lotus drink with dragon fruit and huckleberry.

What has happened to this place? I'd rate it a zero if possible. Used to go here daily. About a year ago went there and order my drink. I could Cleary see it was made wrong... So I say something and the owner responds "no i used sugar free" "I said I saw you use the regular flavoring. I need sugar free " She argues with me and says "it is" By this point I've already paid. And she says again. She did use sugar free and she's not making another one, the drink she made was too expensive too make.. So fast forward to yesterday. Same exact this. But this time a different worker... This place is awful. So glad we have Urraco coffee Co. Now. Super nice staff, great customer service. Better prices. Just 💯 better overall value and experience... So Steamboat Island Coffee Shop.... Once, shame on you. Twice, shame on me. NEVER AGAIN will I support this coffee shop. They'll never see another penny from me.

I was charged twice for 2 coffees, and when I called to try to get a refund for being overly charged. The person I called, told me that this was a gas station and not a coffee shop and that they could not help me. And it's clearly the number that I can find online for this place. So I don't understand. I live all the way in Centralia, and don't feel like I need to drive. All the way back to steamboat. For a place I'm not gonna go to frequently at all to try to get my money back. When they charge me twice. I would not recommend they do not have good customer service.

Coffee is always wonderful, however, when I ordered a frappe the woman rolled her eyes, and was very irritated about it. This was off-putting because usually the service is always great. Customer service is a must. I work in customer service, I would never act like that towards a customer.

Love the customer service they provide. Super great people and super great coffee. Loads of different drinks to choose from and they also do custom orders. They’ve also got some nice choices for snacks to go along with your coffee.
