Crema's Take
“This Jessamine County gem trades pretense for genuine hospitality, where the owner Kelly remembers your order after just a few visits and the Southern comfort food—particularly those fried chicken biscuits smothered in gravy—hits exactly right. The historic building's front porch and back deck create the perfect setting for lingering over breakfast or grabbing a quick coffee, and locals keep coming back for that rare combination of simple, well-made food and a truly warm, down-home atmosphere that feels like catching up with old friends.”
What to expect
Classic coffee drinks done right. A slow-sit, quick-grab spot, good for meetings. Full breakfast, pastries, and light food on the menu. Family friendly.

Just a sweet old school country place with delicious food and kind service. Do yourself a huge favor and order the onion rings. They are the most delicious onion rings I’ve ever had in my life. Support your local community by ditching the national chain sandwich shops in favor…
Simple but tasty food. Great service. Kelly is a great guy. Friendly, down-home atmosphere. Best kept secret in Jessamine County.

Classic family tradition for the kids and I. We love going to the Dixie Cafe. After a few visits they call you by name and remember what you like. Nothing too fancy here, just well made food, and a clean cafe with ice creams and small grocery.
Great little spot with plenty of local flavor (in food, vibe and characters). Unhealthy Southern cooking at its best! The fried chicken biscuits and gravy were fantastic.
