Foxtail Coffee - Telecom Village

Very disappointed with the Telecom Village Foxtail. Today I had a friend pick up an order. One of the drinks was supposed to have cold foam but instead it had a thin layer of curdled cream and tasted like sour/bad cream. We did not notice the cold foam, until it was brought home. Additionally, the two other drinks were not filled to the top.

Beautiful place to enjoy a nice cup of hot coffee. Jessica is the best serving customers! Fully recommend and also you can find great treats to offer!! We found a Grinch macha and grinch hot cocoa ❤️❤️❤️

I absolutely loved the vibe of this place! From the moment I walked in, the décor felt warm, welcoming, and wonderful. The smell of freshly brewed coffee hit me right away, and the taste was even better than the aroma. The owner stopped by to say hello, the staff was genuinely friendly, and the shop was bustling with happy customers. It’s clear this is a local favorite, and now I see why. If you’re in or near Temple Terrace, this is the spot for not only fabulous coffee but also a welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to stay awhile. And while I’m limiting my sugar and carb intake and did not buy them, I have to mention, the huge cookies at the register looked absolutely mouthwatering. I’m certain they taste as amazing as they looked! Thank you all at Foxtail Coffee for an amazing experience while on vacation. I enjoyed it very much and will be back next time in town!

Visited Foxtail Coffee yesterday and had an amazing experience! The coffee was rich, smooth, and perfectly brewed. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere cozy, and everything was spot-on. Will definitely be back!

Although the coffee was the best I ever had, they need to work on how long it takes employees to make coffees. I waited in line for 5min to order, then it took another 20mins for the 2 coffees I ordered to be made. I went back 2 separate times, different days. It was the same issue both times. The only difference is one day they had 3 employees on shift and the other day they had 4 employees on shift. The day with 4 employees took the longest. The atmosphere is great, lots of seating between tables and chairs.
