Crema's Take
“This Copenhagen-inspired café brings Nordic minimalism and meticulous craftsmanship to Seattle's coffee scene, with beautifully roasted espresso that shines in their standout lattes and a genuine commitment to quality that extends from daily-made sourdough to thoughtfully sourced local butter and cheese. The baristas clearly care about their craft, creating an inviting atmosphere that feels equally suited for lingering over a pour over or meeting a friend, with the kind of warm, attentive service that makes you want to stay longer than you planned. It's the rare café that nails both the coffee and the overall experience—where every detail, from the Nordic-inspired furnishings to the pastries, reflects a cohesive philosophy of doing things well.”

As a coffee enthusiast, I can easily say this is one of the best cafés we’ve come across in Seattle so far. The latte was simply amazing—rich, aromatic, and boldly flavored without being overpowering. You can really tell they take their coffee seriously. The filter coffee, though, was on another level. We ordered a single-origin Ethiopian, and it tasted exactly like the notes described: fruity, bright, slightly sour, and sweet at the same time. Honestly, it felt more like sipping a glass of wine than a cup of coffee. If you’re serious about coffee or just want to experience what a truly well-crafted cup tastes like, this place is a must-try when you’re in Seattle.
One of the best coffees I’ve had! I’m writing this as I’m sat in the cafe because the coffee was just that good. Beautifully roasted and so rich in flavour. Lovely baristas and an enjoyable atmosphere for a catch up with a friend or some work time
This Copenhagen-style cafe really did remind me of the cafes I visited when I was in Copenhagen. I ordered a latte — the coffee flavor was subtle. It wasn’t the best latte I’ve had, but it’s definitely worth a visit for the space alone. There’s plenty of seating if you want to read a book or get some work done, including an upstairs area. The interior is minimal with just the right touch of hip. A great spot to chill for a bit.
Can taste the sourdough is made daily! From the little details on the furnishing to the plates and utensils and the local ingredients on the butter and cheese reminds me of the Nordic cuisine ethos of sustainability! Thanks for bringing me back to Copenhagen Ash 😁
I’m so glad I found this cafe! I was looking for a place near my husband’s office and this one caught my eye, so I decided to stop by. It turned out to be such a nice spot. They did such a great job with the interior, and the atmosphere was great too. I’d love to come back again!☺️💚💙
