I had a really positive experience at Sen Boba Coffee. From the moment I walked in, the service was excellent — the staff greeted me with a smile and were genuinely friendly and attentive throughout my visit. They took the time to explain the menu and even offered recommendations based on what I was in the mood for, which made choosing a drink much easier. The atmosphere inside was clean and inviting, with a relaxed vibe that’s perfect for hanging out with friends or grabbing a drink while studying or working. The drinks themselves were delicious — you can tell they’re made with quality ingredients. The balance of flavors was spot on, and the sweetness level was just right. I especially appreciated that the staff were happy to customize the sweetness and toppings to match my taste. Overall, Sen Boba Coffee stands out not just for the quality of its beverages, but also for the warm, welcoming service and friendly team behind the counter. It’s definitely a place I’d return to, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a great cup of boba or coffee with excellent customer service.

The taro milk here is absolutely amazing—especially the taro cream on top. It’s so rich and smooth that it honestly drives me crazy (in the best way). The flavor is incredibly satisfying, and I’ve ended up coming back almost every day because it’s just that good. Highly recommended for any taro lovers!

The banana pudding matcha drink was amazing as well as the oolong milk tea! We also got one of their waffles and it was delicious. The employees are super nice and got our order out quickly. I also really liked the inside of the store, it’s clean, looks nice and has a great atmosphere. Would definitely recommend checking this place out!

For me this place has been on point! Granted I only come in when it is later or early in the day, and on a weekday. The drinks are made fresh to order, and how wonderful to find a place that makes matcha how it should! By hand my friend, not from a box or a package. I tend to find what I like and stick to it but I have notice that not all the workers are as consistent as the owner, which is to be expected. I do agree with the other reviewer, if this drink spot wants to go viral and would like more attention than the owner(s) has to be present when all drinks are being made. When you’re running a business this can take a toll on the mind after a while. I am also a business owner and no one likes having someone look over their shoulder while working and no one likes a Micro manager. I can tell the owner takes time to explain, show and instruct exactly how to create each drink, but it is up to the staff to maintain the same level of expectancy. I will continue to get drinks from here and I do recommend giving this shop a try. Very clean, quiet atmosphere, friendly service always.

This is some of the best bubble tea I have had in a long time. I got the strawberry matcha and it was so perfect. It was also cheaper than a lot of boba places nowadays. The staff are so kind and personally walked my drink to where I was sitting to hand it to me. They have a clean and pretty space. They also have a clean bathroom.
