Crema's Take

This local favorite brings authentic Mexican flavors to Hilton Head with an impressive lineup of freshly made tortas, tamales, and subtly sweet traditional pastries that pair beautifully with their quality coffee. Beyond the expected café offerings, Pan Fresco Ole stands out for its vibrant juice bar and made-to-order comfort food that keeps customers coming back the next day to work through the rest of the menu. It's the kind of unpretentious spot where you accidentally discover your new favorite, whether you're craving a Hawaiian torta, warm pan dulce, or a freshly pressed juice.

Want support a local run business that has amazing food? Then eat here for sure. We happened upon it by accident as we had to come to this side of the Island for a car issue. So we stopped in. The food was amazing. Best breakfast sandwich I have ever had. My husband had the Cuban which was great and I had the Hawaiian w/ egg. Can't go wrong eating here.

We very much enjoyed our large subtly sweet pastries. Great with the good coffee. These were traditional Mexican pastries similar to a Japanese bakery in that the sweetness was appreciable as breakfast rather than as a dessert.

I went to try a bread and I had to go back the next day to try the rest of the menu. The juices are fresh and delicious and the tortas are amazing ( Hawaiian was my favorite) on top of that the bread is really good you will not believe me but I tried the Concha, Churro, Dona, Pan de muerto, 3 leches and chocoflan and everything was fresh and delicious. They are super friendly and nice and I enjoyed the time I spent there. I will definitely recommend it so you must try it. 😉
