Absolute Bottled Water

Very impressed with their customer service! I initially switched our office’s water service to Absolute after Primo Brands’s service absolutely tanked. It was so nice to call and talk to someone immediately. The first bottle of spring water was great, but then after that, it started to taste weird. I called the company and the owner himself came to my office and helped me troubleshoot the issue. Turns out, the weird taste was due to my after market water cooler (take my advice and rent yours from Absolute)! I appreciated the owner taking his time to come and help me figure out the problem. He got a loyal customer in the process. Absolute has ABSOLUTELY great water and ABSOLUTELY great customer service! Thank you!

Mickey, our delivery driver, would get 12 outta 10 stars for me! He is consistent, reliable, always has an amazing attitude! I'm talking customer service you just don't get anymore these days! He is quick to address any problems and always helpful! I can't go on about him enough! If he misses us for some reason, he just swings back later or another time he is nearby and doesn't make a thing of it! He just gets his work done and proficiently AND with a great attitude toward his company and the customer! The one star is off is for the office in general, hard to move a delivery if you're out of town, they make you skip the delivery entirely then you're out until your next month unless you pay extra for an in between delivery which means we're lugging water from the store in the meantime which the whole point is to avoid that. Coming from ReadyRefresh (which had so many issues with customer service we left them) we were used to being able to switch deliveries up to the day before for no extra charge so we do miss that flexibility. Also the driver we get for our home delivery is no Mickey. He has left bottles in the front instead of the back before, left too many bottles another time, and he also always leaves them on the wrong side of the door so we can barely open the door and then have to drag them around the door on a small stoop which is a hassle rather than leaving them on the side where the door opens. But they can't all be Mickeys. Mickey brings bottles in for us without ever being asked, even puts a new bottle ON THE COOLER for us without being asked! He is a gem and a HUGE reason that we are continuing with Absolute at all. That man is a gem. He is a dying breed of excellent customer service and I'm so grateful he is our guy for our work deliveries. Thanks!

Absolute Bottled Water has delicious, spring water and their price is great. They charge a few dollars less per bottle than other companies, and yet, they are locally owned and sourced nearby in VA. We have been impressed by their home delivery, and so we have chosen to use them for events as well. Mickey, who delivers the bottles, is one of those people who uplifts your mood every time you see him. He is a genuine, down-to-Earth person who goes above and beyond. Clean, tasty water with that sense of connection to local individuals we look forward to interacting with has kept us customers for several years now.

Very nice delivery drivers .have never had a late delivery and if anything is ever wrong with my cooler they show up within the next business day to fix it. The water is the best quality I've had . I used to go thru deer park but I enjoy absolutes water more and it's cheaper.highly recommended

I was with this company from about July-November 2019. Their delivery service is great and they keep you well updated on their delivery schedule. However, I didn’t realize that they only produce spring water and distilled. Not a fan of either. The spring water feels very thick and I noticed some particles floating around in my cup on a few bottles. This was even after I bleached my entire cooler just to make sure that wasn’t the problem (my cooler is about a year old brand new). My tap water even ran clean through my system. I enjoyed the time that I had them, but the spring water just wasn’t to my liking. I also do not particularly like distilled water. Great if you’re okay with spring water!
