The Roaming biscuit

You see how there’s no biscuit left? I couldn’t even wait to eat it, it was so good! The biscuit was so buttery & flaky. I got brisket, bacon, egg & cheese. The way the bacon is so thick and really melts in your mouth. Everything about this was perfect. Sad they’re only open on weekends but, keep using the week to spread this love like you do!

Honestly the best biscuits I’ve ever had. It is deeply upsetting that they are only available on weekends as these biscuits have substantially improved my life. Biscuits 12/10, availability and hours 4/10. Please stay open longer so I can eat more biscuits.

Got the bacon, egg and cheese biscuit. 10 out of 10. The best biscuit in Cleveland.. The worker with the Pink hair was amazing, great service and personable. So many delicious options. Can’t wait to come back and try more!!!

*this is not a sit down setting. You order at the counter and take it to your favorite spot* The best breakfast sandwich in Cleveland and in my book. We ordered the OG (bacon egg and pepper jack cheese) and the special which was biscuit, pimento cheese, egg and brisket. I kid you not, DELICIOUS. The biscuits are chewy and slightly doughy. They’re not dry or crumble like those McMuffins at McDonalds. And the brisket was perfect. Get serious about these biscuits and get a delicious coffee at the Rising Coffee at the opposite corner. The Cinny biscuit goes great with the coffee.

Straight up 🔥🔥🔥Delicious! I love the fact that they use thick cut bacon on their sandwiches. The biscuits were fluffy and buttery and didn’t disintegrate when you took your 1st bite. Everyone who was working seemed easy to talk to and just gave off generally good vibes. My only suggestion would be to make the QR code to order more predominant or more available throughout the store. Since this shoppe is take out only it would be nice if they had a pick up window for people who places door dash or online orders. Besides those extremely minor suggestions I would highly recommend this biscuit haven to anyone looking for a A1 breakfast sand-o!
