Crema's Take

Tucked away in a modern condo building with local artwork adorning the walls, this Portland spot creates an unexpectedly welcoming retreat for coffee lovers seeking something beyond the ordinary. Their espresso-forward drinks showcase a distinctive blend that pairs beautifully with standout pastries and homemade-tasting food like grilled cheese and vegan brownies, all delivered with genuine warmth from the counter. It's the kind of place where you can linger for hours with your laptop or friends, trading the bustle of the original location for a quieter, more intimate coffee experience.

Cool inclusive coffee shop with a nice chill environment, diverse stunning artwork by local artists. Sweet aesthetics in the Fair-headed Dumbbell modern architecture building. Great coffee drinks and food.

The atmosphere is very nice. The coffee blend is unique, reasonable price. The grilled cheese and soup tasted homemade, like a warm hug. The person at the counter was friendly and the service was quick. I will definitely be coming here again!

Compared to their Ankeny street location, this one is considerably smaller and feels a bit hidden, it's at the side of a condo building with little signage. Coffee is ok, the pastry selection is good but also more limited than the other location. There are no indoor or outdoor seatings at the moment but you should be able to find some where to sit nearby.

Great coffee spot on public transportation. It is tough if you drive and want to find parking. The coffee was tasty. I also had a vegan brownie that was fantastic. Seems like a good place to chill or work for a little while. I loved the wall art too. I would also recommend stopping on the adjacent store. Many unique gifts for yourself or others (11:11).

Second location for this bakery cafe. The pastries and quiche are unbeatable! Though this location doesn’t have as much on offer, it still delivers most of the staples and it’s not nearly as busy as the SE 28th location so you can actually find a place to sit after you order.
