Crema's Take

Tucked inside a medical building, this hidden gem combines excellent coffee craftsmanship with full breakfast and light fare prepared by an owner-chef who works visibly in the kitchen, creating an intimate café experience that feels more like discovering a local favorite than a typical Vegas stop. While consistency has been hit-or-miss based on recent visits, the warm hospitality and genuine care from the staff—particularly the owner Robert—makes it a welcoming spot for both building regulars and curious travelers looking for something real in Las Vegas.

Why did my Blueberry Matcha have brown crumbs in it? I would've went back to the cafe, but I noticed it while I was walking over a mile back home. Seems as though the only "elevating" Vegas experience this coffee shop offered me was getting my car towed and lifted away all while I was waiting on a less than mediocre "Blueberry Matcha". Now after a $8.00 latte (because I tip), I get to fight the system for my $278 tow bill back... Just some things I noticed, while I was waiting 15 minutes for one drink. Please take a look at the client facing portion of the front counter more often - it's covered in black and brown dirt/marks/debri and it made all the clutter seem worse. Please ask yourself, "How does it look and feel when we have ONE team member who seems visibly overwhelmed?". Y'all are literally only getting two stars because I want to give your female staff member some credit for doing her job as well as she could, and all alone. Why would y'all allow 5+ "kids" holding their *apparent* morning meetings and loitering in the tuna can that is the waiting area? All while they are literally making remarks about people who are using their hard earned money for the gas station snacks that are lined up behind them. Hopefully the warm food is better. 😵‍💫 "Quite unique" I will definitely say, but less than "delicious".

Nice little café inside an office building. Mostly geared toward the building's staff and visitors but quite convenient for anyone just driving by. Large selection of coffees, teas, and other beverages and an equally large menu of food. Very small but friendly staff. If they are busy, it may take a while to get your order. Worth the wait though as everything I have tried was good.

I ordered a cappuccino expecting a standard 6-8 oz drink but got a 12 oz cup of mostly steamed milk with hardly any coffee flavor. It was so bad I left it behind. The chorizo breakfast burrito was flavorful but overly greasy—draining the chorizo beforehand would help. Decent food, but I wouldn’t come back for the coffee.

This place is such a treat! We were looking for great local food and found it at Parlour Limited. Robert treated us so well and really makes this place special. It’s located inside a medical building so don’t be thrown off when you pull up and make sure to go inside.

A little gem we found in Las Vegas. Located inside surgeon medical center - don’t get confused. Really loved the atmosphere and service. Owner is also a cook - and does everything in front of you. We’ve got a couple signature coffees and loved them - great presentation and taste. They only use cane sugar which is also a big plus if you look for something that is not as sweet. Loved it and will stop by next time I am in that part of the town.
