Heidi's Bakery

This was my first experience with Heidi’s and I will be ordering all my cakes with them from now on! The communication was quick and easy, my cake turned out beautifully, and it tasted incredible! I got a red velvet cake with cream cheese icing for my husband’s 30th birthday and it was everything he wanted. I highly recommend Heidi’s and cannot wait for my next cake!

We found a Gold Mine when We chose Heidi's Bakery. So far They have made these two Beautiful Cakes for Me and 1 more for this week. So far the recipients have been bold over by how Beautiful They are. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HEIDI'S BAKERY. We also bought sandwiches and other desserts. I wanted to get Nannette a truly special cake for her birthday this year. Not something ordinary, but a cake that feels like a moment when the box opens. I searched all over the Tri-Cities for a place doing standout custom designs and came up empty. So I looked a little farther out and found Heidi’s Home Cooking. One look at their custom cake gallery on their website told me everything I needed to know. These cakes are thoughtful, detailed, and clearly made by people who take pride in their craft. The experience was just as good as the photos. The staff was incredibly friendly and quick to respond to my emails, answering questions and handling details without any hassle. We picked the cake up yesterday on our way back from Nannette’s meeting in Harriman after a day wandering around Knoxville. Inside, the bakery was bright and welcoming, with a huge open kitchen that was absolutely spotless. You could tell this was a place run with care and intention. If you’re looking for a custom cake that actually feels custom, this place delivers. Worth the drive, worth the planning, and worth every bit of the effort.

Heidi’s Bakery is the BEST! They did my wedding cake & cupcakes 3 years ago and just recently did my daughter’s birthday cake this year. So easy to work with and great customer service. And of course the cake has tasted amazing every time! People still talk about my wedding cake and how good it was to this day. Definitely recommend Heidi and her team for all your bakery needs!

We are so glad we chose Heidi’s Bakery and Home Cooking for our wedding on September 13, 2025! From our first tasting to delivery and setup on the big day, Heidi was absolutely wonderful to work with. Everything was seamless, stress-free, and exceeded our expectations. The dessert buffet was stunning and absolutely delicious. The cake was beautiful—exactly what I had envisioned—and our guests could not stop raving about the treats. The cake pops and banana pudding shooters were huge crowd favorites, while my personal favorite was the chocolate cupcakes with espresso icing (truly divine!). The cookies were so soft and moist, it was all absolutely delicious. Heidi made our dessert table both elegant and memorable, and we can’t thank her enough.
