Desert Bloom Coffee Shop

This place has one of the best cold brew’s between San Diego and Palm Springs! The coffee flavor is balanced without being watery or too bitter. I love that they offer house made syrups. I’ve been to this shop three times now, and have been more than satisfied every time. I’ve tried the Cafe de Olla and the Midnight Bloom syrups in my cold brew, both delicious! The Cafe de Olla was garnished with an orange peel and cinnamon- definitely recommend it! I like the teeniest bit of cream and coffee shops tend to over pour but the kind lady making our drinks has made it perfectly it each time!

Craft and balance are the keywords for this gem. The owner simply makes the drinks so well - expert level. The coffee quality is outstanding. She has blueprints on the wall featuring their expansion & building plans for the space - this is the next hot spot in Palm Springs! Go go go. Get the Cafe De Olla with fresh orange peel. Treat yourself to their chapstick vending machine or a Lego bouquet while you’re at it. :)

The owner is very kind & sweet! I really enjoyed the calm lounge area too. So different from other coffee shops, in the upmost positive way possible! I ordered an iced brown sugar latte with oat milk & cocoa toppings, delicious! My husband loved the cold brew with brown sugar too. Definitely coming back ☺️

Do not pass this up!! I rarely review places, but really wanted to give this new business its flowers, because they are well deserved. I love coffee, and my drink had the perfect mixture of well-made espresso plus unique homemade syrups. I got a cafe de ollo latte, which was DELICIOUS—think spiced orange flavors—and my boyfriend got a midnight bloom latte, which was also super tasty—dates, pistachio, citrus, etc. We chatted with the owner, who is the only one running the pop up (soon to be a brick-and-mortar) and I could sense her passion. She has retired from a different career and is now following something that is finally “for herself.” Her gratefulness and kindness really shone through during our conversation. It’s always such a treat to find places that have both delicious drinks and passionate owners. Athough it’s in its early days now, I can already tell that this business has a vibrant and thriving future. We were just passing through Palm Springs for the day, but I’m excited to stop here again next time I’m in town!

Cute and cozy coffee shop in palm spring. I wish I could try everything it looked so good. Went with the Reishi cacao with a shot of espresso. So good!! Also tried the Desert bloom, what a unique and delicious flavor! My only complaint is that they aren’t closer to my house 😁
