Yet another coffee shop when the service and offerings are taken into account. True that "victuals" are more abundant for bigger meals but very few choices to accompany one's coffee. Serving coffee in paper cups with a dour face for dine-in customers speaks volumes about the potential for a repeat visit. Thoughtfull table for kids to scribble, a modest sound-proof conference room, comfortable upholstery and outside seating are good decorations. But please keep the floor clean instead of browsing on your mobile device behind the counter.
Love to see more local coffee shops pop up in the Wylie (bordering Murphy) area. I stopped by here as I was getting my car fixed. The inside is really gorgeous, clean, and modern. The staff were very friendly. There is a lot of space for working, studying, or chatting with friends and family. The bathrooms were clean as well! I enjoyed my hot latte; the coffee flavor was great and the ratio of milk was spot on. I also ordered a breakfast burrito, which was good. It wasn't the best burrito I've ever had in my life, but it did its job. the price was pretty reasonable for a coffee shop. Overall, I'd definitely come here again if I'm ever in the area.
The drinks are always great. The pumpkin spice latte is divine. Decided to try the food tonight. The kids enjoyed the grilled sandwich but unfortunately the fried chicken sandwich was super burnt and it tasted like a rotten egg. Not worth it for $9
I absolutely loved my brunch at Armor Coffee in Wylie! The atmosphere was perfect—cozy and inviting. I ordered the Egg, Cheese, and Veggie Bagel with a side of potatoes, and everything was amazing. The potatoes were perfectly crispy, the bagel was fresh and flavorful, and the service was top-notch. I can’t wait to go back again!
A Hidden Gem in Wylie! I recently visited Armor Coffee in Wylie, and it was a delightful experience! The food was absolutely delicious. The menu offers a great variety without being overwhelming, featuring everything from hearty breakfast sandwiches and tacos to Belgian waffles, soft pretzels, and even a dedicated kids’ menu. Despite the place being packed, the service was impressively quick. I placed a large order for my family of five, and we had all our food and drinks in under ten minutes. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the experience even better. The seating area is spacious, with plenty of room to relax. There’s also a quiet, enclosed glass room that’s perfect if you’re looking for a more peaceful spot away from the main area’s buzz. What truly stood out was the pricing—it’s refreshingly affordable, especially compared to major chains like Starbucks. And the coffee? Absolutely top-notch, with a rich flavor that surpasses many big-name competitors. I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Armor Coffee has quickly become a favorite spot for my family and me!
