Crema's Take

Pinky Promise is a coffee roastery-café run by passionate brothers who roast their own beans fresh on-site, giving you direct access to some of Wisconsin's best coffee alongside thoughtfully crafted espresso drinks and pour-overs. The space doubles as a window into their roasting operation and a gallery for local artists, creating an inviting spot where you can linger with excellent coffee, homemade pastries, and genuinely knowledgeable owners who clearly love what they do.

This is one of the worst experiences I had in a while … I had not only very expensive coffee but the lgbtq community idea is not need to be promoted in a coffee place ! The barista was dressed like a Halloween time theme … what a bad place to spend almost 8 dollars for a mocha . And iced coffee made in a cup for hot ?! What is that ?! I would never come back here . Sorry . Hope you enjoy your stole but it was pretty bad idea to be part of that .

Wonderful place. They roast their own coffee fresh with so many options. BEST coffee we had in Wisconsin. What a great place, worth driving a long distance!!!!! We took home 3 different bags of coffee to grind at home.

The brothers that run Pinky Promise are helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They roast their own beans, and we've purchased a few bags from time to time. Their lattes are very good. On this visit, my wife got a Cubano, which unfortunately did not meet her expectations. We thought it was supposed to be made with sweetened condensed milk, the way a typical Cuban is made, but this was mostly espresso. The espresso itself was good though.

Coffee roasters who opened their own coffee shop. Very good coffee. Views of their roaster, opens into a studio of local artists. Very friendly owners. Baked goods available, we didn't try them. New venue opened this year.
