“Cafe Rio has genuinely warm owners and serves fresh coffee, but it's plagued by serious operational issues that keep it at 3.2 stars for good reason: multiple customers report being overcharged or discovering discrepancies only after paying, the food quality is inconsistent (some praise simple sandwiches while others got dried-out microwaved burgers), and they've apparently closed during posted hours. Unless you're a regular who's figured out their quirks, this isn't a reliable spot.”
