“The owner Jimmy's genuine warmth sets the tone here—locals praise his attentiveness whether you're grabbing a coffee or booking a room, and he'll happily suggest what to do around Cold Spring while you're nursing a traditional espresso drink. The cafe does solid comfort food (that chicken sandwich gets real love) and works equally well as a quick caffeine stop or a leisurely spot to camp out with your laptop and a pastry, all at reasonable prices.”
