Crema's Take

This isn't your typical cafe—Spill The Tea is a sanctuary where community care and specialty beverages come together, offering free coffee, boba tea, and hot chocolate alongside counseling services and a welcoming atmosphere for LGBTQ+ youth and teens seeking connection. The staff, led by compassionate counselors like Katie and Mitch Mallory, create an genuinely safe space where young people can hang out, make friends, and access mental health support without barriers. With board games, a clothing closet, and community resources woven into the experience, this Honolulu gem feels less like a cafe stop and more like a place that's actively changing lives.

11/10 therapy experience that has changed my life forever!!! Special shout out to Katie but everyone i’ve encountered here has been incredibly helpful and kind. I am forever grateful to them and highly highly highly recommended checking it out even if you don’t know where to start :)

Mitch Mallory was the best therapist for my son. He is professional, knowledgeable and takes the time needed to learn about your child’s interests so he can be relatable. I work in the medical field and frequently refer my own patients to therapy. Mitch is superior to any of the therapists I’ve sent my own patients to. I will definitely recommend him to pediatric patients.

Great space for ALL youth to hangout and receive mental health services. Community resources, menstruation supplies, clothing closet, board games, and snacks for the kids Just FYI to the public this is NOT a boba cafe 🧋 😆

Safe space for LGBTQ + youth. Counseling services for youth. Cute space where they can be with their peers and enjoy the support of counselors.

Amazing relaxing free space that has been helpful to my teen in making friends and feeling safe where they can relate to their peers. They have a playstation, boardgames, free boba tea, coffee, hot tea, a place to do homework, and a quiet place for relaxing. They also offer therapy. LGBTQ friendly.
