Sincerely Bagel

Crema's Take
“This cozy Portland bagel shop wins over New York transplants with creative flavor combinations like kimchi cheddar and spicy everything alongside classic schmears, all with that perfect chewy-crispy texture that keeps locals coming back. The streamlined counter service moves quickly, and the thoughtfully curated atmosphere (complete with indie music choices) makes it feel like more than just a grab-and-go spot, even if the pricing leans toward the specialty side. Open-faced bagels meant for sharing and a genuinely inventive approach to toppings set it apart from typical bagel chains.”

Cute spot. I love an open faced bagel. Perfect for sharing. It was definitely pricy but I guess that's the price of lox. Not as expensive as an nyc bagel. Will most likely be returning.
Loved the topping options and unique bagel flavors, like spicy everything and kimchi cheddar. The bagels themselves were fine, pretty dense and chewy. A step above Einstein’s but not spectacular. They were very generous with cream cheese, and you can get a decently filling bagel for $5, but I thought prices for premade bagels and toppings were a bit high (+$3 for microgreens) so it can definitely add up quickly.
My niece was visiting from Arkansas and this was on her list of places to try. I had never heard of it before but I guess it’s popular on TikTok? I got the everything bagel with scallion schmear, my niece got the spicy everything and my son got a plain with bacon (he hates bagels but ate the whole thing and he’s also a picky eater). I saw several patrons get the sandwiches and I had to kick myself for not ordering one because they looked amazing!!! I like that their bagel are not too doughy, perfectly crispy and chewy.
What a fantastic bagel spot! “In The Rain” by John Maus was playing when I walked in. They got my order out super fast and handed it straight to me, which was nice. I got the kimchi cheese bagel with spicy scallion schmear. Heavenly! I had to park a 4 minute walk away and it was worth it.
Super yummy! We are from nyc and highly approve of these bagels! They are very soft with a perfectly crunchy exterior. We tried the kimchi cheddar bagel with garlic & herb cream cheese and the rosemary bagel with plain schmear . This is not the place to get sweet bagels! All the bagels are savory minus the plain bagel which they were out of at 11 am on Sunday. Would love more sweet options but otherwise adorable shop with unique and flavorful bagels!!
