Crema's Take
“I appreciate you sharing this information, but I notice the reviews and details provided are for Voco Moab, a hotel, rather than The Vaulted Brews, a coffee shop. The content mentions front desk staff, hotel rooms, and breakfast charges—none of which relate to a coffee establishment. To write an authentic Crema summary for The Vaulted Brews, I'd need actual coffee shop reviews that discuss things like their espresso quality, brewing methods, specialty drinks, ambiance, or what makes their coffee experience unique. Could you share the correct reviews or details for this coffee shop?”

We were exhausted after a long day of travel. We were greeted by Pam (one of the friendliest front desk people I've met in a long time) she got us checked in quickly and efficiently while multitasking another guest's needs. She was kind enough to put us near an exit on the first floor so we could easily let our two dogs out throughout our stay. The hotel itself seems very up to date. We're excited to spend some time exploring the area!
Kristi at the front desk is wonderful. She went above and beyond on the phone before we arrived, and i'm person once we were there. The breakfast is not free and adds $40 for 2. Morning coffee is free. There is also a coffee maker in the room. In the room, there needs to be one more chair and a couple of luggage racks for suitcases; there's no plans to set them. The room itself is very pleasant and the beds are comfortable and tall off the floor. Plenty of toiletries and bath towels, hand towels and washcloths. This place is new and there is no off gassing. It's quite clean and very quiet. Compared to the other hotels in town, it was quite empty.
We stayed 3 nights at voco Moab and loved it, for the most part. The hotel was new, clean, and conveniently located, as we spent our time exploring the nearby national parks. Every staff member we interacted with was helpful and friendly. We were in room 124, and were impressed by the room size and high ceilings. The bathroom could definitely use more towel racks or hooks, though. We also noticed that they provided earplugs that were left on the nightstand. After the first night, we understood why. The rooms are a bit echoey, and we could hear snoring from the next room. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.
Location was very convenient, we are visiting from Washington DC for our anniversary. The hotel is brand new, extremely clean. Kristina was awesome, she upgraded our stay when she knew we are celebrating our anniversary. And she was so kind giving us a bag of chocolate. Room was very clean and sheets brand new. Very nice and quiet atmosphere. Price was very reasonable for the service.worth every penny. Thank you Kristina , you made our stay memorable.
Stayed here in December 2025. Nice lady at front desk said the hotel was built 7 months ago. Room and bathroom were pristine clean. Beds were super comfy and we slept like a rock. AC / heater worked great and was quiet. Couple bottles of complimentar water in room was a nice touch. We had no issues at all and look forward to coming back soon.
