Crema's Take

Mercy Mocha has ambitious aspirations—they're dabbling in specialty drinks and smoothies that customers genuinely love—but the execution stumbles when it comes to espresso-based drinks, which taste more like budget instant coffee than craft beverage. The real friction point isn't the menu but the pace: expect a serious wait even for a simple order, suggesting the team is either stretched too thin or working with equipment that can't keep up with demand. If you're craving their smoothies and have patience to spare, it's worth a visit; otherwise, you might want to check back once they've got their workflow sorted.

The frozen coffee tasted like instant Folgers drowned in chocolate syrup. Not an espresso machine, but something like a k cup brewer. Disappointed they charge so much for something so cheaply made. Save your money and find a Starbucks or visit Einstein Bagel across the street.

The smoothies are amazing, but standing in a long line for over 30 minutes is absolutely not worth it. The work area must be really disorganized, or they need people who can make a coffee.
