Expensive for quick service/self serve style, but on par for The Gaylord. Limited selection for stricter dietary needs.

Lots of choices, has a microwave, Starbucks inside with fairly quick service. Quick grab and go. No seating inside the market but there are plenty of tables around to sit at if you want that option.

We ate breakfast at the Marketplace every morning during our 4-night stay at the Gaylord Texan. It has a nice selection of freshly ready-made sandwiches, salads, and other food and beverage items to purchase to go. It also has a section to order Starbucks coffee and food items. The seating area has beautiful views of the scenic atrium’s geyser and stream and plants below. However, it needs improvement in several areas. It was almost always very crowded, with long lines, especially in the morning when people were trying to get a quick breakfast before their conferences. The toaster for the self-serve bagels was extremely slow and didn't seem to be working correctly. The one microwave was the only microwave in the entire hotel! There were several registers on the side with to-go items that usually were not in operation, even during busy times. A few employees were friendly, but many seemed to be just doing their job without really caring about the customer. Hopefully things will either improve there in the future or the Gaylord will add another similar place so it does not get too crowded.

Great for a quick bite to eat or a coffee. Lots of fun snacks too. You name it, they have it. Ice cream, drinks, sandwiches, salads, wine, cookies, chips, etc... The people working behind the counter are friendly and helpful. If you are in a hurry and need to get something to eat fast... Check out the Marketplace at the Gaylord Texan.

The best place to get food at the hotel. Service is quick the food is fresh, healthy and they have a Starbucks also. The employees are cheerful and helpful.
