Mazevo Coffee

I went through the drive-through on Valentine’s Day 11:50am and one of the workers was sitting outside the window with her backside to my face the entire time I was waiting for my order, super unprofessional, and I won’t be coming here again or recommending this place to anyone! I would hope that this gets addressed so that others do not have to have a backside in their face for five minutes while waiting for their order!

I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Mallory at Mazevo (819 Grand Ave), and I can honestly say it was one of the best coffee shop experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, Mallory was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to ask about what kinds of flavors I liked and recommended a drink that turned out to be one of the best I’ve ever had.

I was visiting Billings from out of town and found this coffee shop at the 819 Grand Ave location. It was excellent service, the barista Cheyenne was very friendly and knowledgeable, she made the best latte I've ever had. I also mentioned this shop in my Airbnb review on my rental house as well, it was a great experience!

Cheyenne is the best here! She goes above and beyond for the quality of service and I always look forward to coming here because of her! Her positivity makes such a difference! Since coming here, she has made me believe that the conversations and connections I have made has truly been such a blessing. She is always so outgoing and makes my day even more special. She never fails to make anyones day even brighter or better. I highly recommend giving this place a chance!

When I was in for a study session the other day, the experience was nothing short of wonderful! Almost every table had an outlet to charge my devices, and the seating areas were cute and comfortable. The staff were great! All so polite and helpful. I'd give it more stars if I could. Will be coming back!
