1st visit aftering reading a great story in VEER magazine with a picture of the TIKKA MASALA PIZZA!! The venue is bright with a super friendly staff! While I didn't come for ice cream, be MANY favors & colors were amazing, so that return visit will come!!! Now, let's talk PIZZA! I had the BUTTER CHICKEN PIZZA....I'll say it again, THE BUTTER CHICKEN PIZZA (oh, with added MUSHROOMS!)...it was outstanding. The toppings and the flavors nailed my affinity for the Indian dish Butter Chicken AS a pizza. 😘😋😶 So, after that delicious experience, I can't wait to return for the apparent favorite, the TIKKA MASALA! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! 🙌🏾🙌🏾

I visited Cool Flame Café on my birthday when my wife took me out for a special lunch, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. The café is located at 415 N Military Highway, Suite 26, Norfolk, VA, and is very easy to access. It sits right off Military Highway in a shopping center with plenty of parking. We ordered the medium mild Tikka Masala Pizza, and it was absolutely delicious—perfectly enough for two people. We also enjoyed a Salted Caramel Mocha, several ice cream scoops, and tried multiple flavors. Every single item was excellent. I don’t remember ever having such flavorful pizza and such unique, delicious ice creams before. The customer service was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. I genuinely recommend this place for both pizza and ice cream. Cool Flame Café offers an impressive variety of signature ice cream flavors, including: Sitaphal (Custard Apple), Kesar Badam (Saffron Almond), Meetha Pan, Thandai, Chiku (Sapodilla), Lychee, Butterscotch, Gulab Jamun, Pink Guava, Pistachio, Rose, Mango, Ferrero Rocher, Tiramisu, Butter Pecan, Blue Moon, Strawberry, Madagascar Vanilla, Cotton Candy, Celebration Vanilla, and many more. They also offer non‑dairy options, including no‑added‑sugar vanilla. Their shake menu is equally diverse, with milkshakes and customizable shake options. The café is beautifully decorated with a clean and comfortable seating area. They also have outdoor seating, which adds to the pleasant atmosphere. Overall, Cool Flame Café is a great place to enjoy with family, friends, and kids. Highly recommended for anyone looking for delicious food, unique ice cream flavors, and excellent service.

Food was good. Got the Butter Chicken Pizza, Jerk Wings w/ Blue Cheese and the Garlic Parmesan wings were great too. Had Passion Fruit with Assam Black Tea and Lychee jelly, addictive.

Cool Flames Cafe offers delicious, Indian-inspired homemade ice cream with unique and authentic flavors. We especially loved the sitaphal (custard apple) and kesar badam (saffron almond). The menu offers a wide variety of ice cream options, with generous portions at a reasonable price. Service was friendly and welcoming, and we appreciated being offered free samples to help with flavor selection. Overall, it’s a great spot for ice cream with authentic Indian flavors.

Cute cafe/bubble tea/ ice cream/ pizzeria. Indian flavors are nice addition and the staff are super friendly. Ice cream is homemade and legitimately delicious and true to their flavors. Pizza toppings could use a little work, but it is thin and crispy.
