‼️‼️‼️‼️PLEASE READ‼️‼️‼️‼️ I used to come here a lot. It used to be a fun hangout spot—everyone was so nice and welcoming. Eventually, it started getting really crowded, and that’s when the problems began. They don’t have any real control over who comes in. IDs aren’t checked, so a large number of people there are clearly underage. Parking has also become a major issue. Because of how packed it gets, the owner himself will sometimes tell you to park next door—but if you do, your car will get towed. On top of that, the owner and workers are often seen driving around the parking lots late at night, acting very suspicious. One night while I was moving my car, I witnessed what looked like the owner or an employee arguing with and even threatening the tow truck drivers who were just doing their job. Every time the place fills up, the cops show up almost immediately. There’s no control over what people are bringing inside. There’s constant underage drinking and smoking, and people have even brought guns into the building. Outside, it gets even worse—you’ll see people pulling out weapons during confrontations with the towing company, making it extremely unsafe. What used to be a relaxed, enjoyable place to chill has now turned into something dangerous. People are openly doing drugs in the bathrooms, dealers are working the crowd, and the owners seem more focused on making money than keeping anyone safe. It’s honestly sad to see a place with so much potential go downhill like this. At this point, you can’t even step inside without expecting the police to show up.

Visited this place from out of town came in to enjoy a hookah upon entry the owner didn’t seem to be too interested in answering questions about the hookahs and flavors. At the end of the night we purchased 6 boxes of the hookah flavor we liked from someone else’s hookah and he sold us 6 boxes of shisha outdated by over a year and we didn’t notice until we were on the road home. He knew that they were old as some of the date stickers were removed. We asked him if these were the same flavors and stuff he used inside the hookah in the establishment and he said yes so is he serving customers outdated shisha? All six boxes have a expiration date of 2/24 it’s currently 05/25.

I’m obsessed with this place. Hookahs are always amazing. They always come around with coals at the perfect time. The smoothies are the best smoothies I’ve ever had. Not to mention the people that work here are so welcoming and always so so sweet to me. I love it.

Agua Hugga is the best place to smoke hookah ever, you can find a very tasty and wonderful drink like cocktail, and don't forget to smoke the best hookah, the most important things about this place is that they make a special bond for each flavor, and they don't mix flavor in one hookah, so if you You want to smoke strawberry you will smoke in the hookah always made to hold strawberry tobacco only I love this place and.. it's my hookah house from now on.

This is the Best place to smoke hookah in Alabama. Very classy and the decorations is amazing. Employees have the best ever service! Please come here
