Never a bad experience here! Food and drinks are always 10/10. Staff is super friendly and welcoming, highly recommend coming here for breakfast/brunch/lunch — they have delicious options for everyone!
I've visited the Chatham location a few years ago, before this location opened and was unimpressed. Menu was limited, service super slow despite lack of customers, and food was average. Haven't been back, but maybe it's changed. Anyways, this location is miles better! It's a cozy and casual restaurant/cafe. Food here is prepared fresh! I've been here on a weekend and weekday and it's been consistent. They also run of ingredients very fast. Came here on a Tuesday morning and they were out of potatoes! It gets crowded quickly on the weekends, and service gets slowed down. Tables are small, walkways narrow. Just be mindful if you have a large party. Good luck finding street parking after 11:00. I don't have the patience for that, so I park at one of the many garages (Crescent, one on Glenridge, or Lackawanna if I wanna get my steps in).
This spot should be on the radar for cafe crawlers of Montclair! Laptop-friendly, airy, welcoming staff, and cool design details. (Boombox with old Pakistani pop cassettes? Loved that). Cortado was tasty. I got a ton of work done and appreciated the soft downtempo music too.
I had one of the most interesting meals here that I’ve had in a long while. The food is complex and exciting, the dishes are unique, and the balance of all the flavors is wonderful. I cleared my plate. The coffee is excellent, staff is really friendly, and the atmosphere is super bright and airy. An unexpected treat! Highly recommend.
I’ve been to this place countless times, and I can honestly say I never get tired of it! The ambiance is always so welcoming and cozy, the staff are incredibly kind and attentive, and the food is consistently amazing. I especially love their Desi Omelette Paratha and the Gulabi Waffles. This place never disappoints. Highly recommend!
