Everything about our multiple experiences at The Venue are amazing. The space is clean, beautifully maintained, and the perfect size for our events. The staff members are kind, professional, communicative, and attentive. They are always ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. The Venue @ LEC is truly one of the best event spaces in Sarasota. As a nonprofit professional ballet company with a small team and lots of moving parts, finding a venue that’s both flexible and easy to work with is invaluable — and this one delivers on every level. The space is incredibly user-friendly, and the staff goes above and beyond to support your vision. Even our vendors raved about how seamless everything was thanks to the layout and the amazing team on site. From the stunning stage, professional lighting, crisp sound system, and high-tech LED screen to the ample parking and versatile layout, everything was exactly what we needed. The space is clean, open, and neutral, making it incredibly easy to tailor the décor to our brand and theme. And the team? Absolutely phenomenal. KK, in particular, is a total rockstar — thoughtful, responsive, kind, and so dedicated to making sure every detail is perfect. ALSO Youth hosted our 2025 Annual Prom at The Venue @ LEC. And can we just say- WOW! This venue is perfect and can be completely transformed to fit any theme. The staff here is incredibly kind, informative, professional, inclusive, and hard working. The sound and lighting system was absolutely amazing, the venue's kitchen area and bathrooms are so accessible, and we had zero doubts about the security of the facility. Thank you, Harvest, for having such a phenomenal venue and being such a great community partner!

Samaritan Counseling Services of the Gulf Coast partnered with The Venue @ LEC to host the first annual Integrate Summit June 2023. The Summit was an afternoon and evening event featuring a keynote speaker and breakout sessions with dinner provided. Over 100 people participated. In the main meeting space, a vendor exhibit was also staged. We found the perfect partners to host this event with everyone asking, "Please do this again." Many thanks to The Venue team!

I cannot recommend the Venue @ LEC enough! This is absolutely a PERFECT location for events. As a nonprofit professional ballet company, it was the most ideal spot we could’ve asked for to host our annual Gala. From the stage, to the lights, mics, amazing sound system, easy parking for guests, and the high tech LED screen to display videos, photos, presentations or multimedia of any kind. The team is amazing, kind, helpful and supportive. The space is open and flexible with a clean and neutral palate that can be easily decorated to any brand or style. Our guests had a wonderful time and I truly couldn’t be happier that we chose this spot.
